In the event of non-attendance, the cancellation policy in force shall apply.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Possibility of postponing their incorporation into the academy within the current season.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Leave <strong>during the programme<\/strong> for a justified cause (only force majeure causes will be considered as justified causes):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The cost of the remaining months will be refunded from the month following the athlete&#8217;s withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Possibility of deferring registration for the following season.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Possibility to rejoin the Academy during the current season.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each case will be assessed by the academy team on an individual basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There will be no right to any refund, nor to the recovery of the days not taken in the<\/strong> following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No response less than 1 month after programme start date<\/li>\n<li>Notifications after the programme start date<\/li>\n<li>Expulsion<\/li>\n<li>Voluntary withdrawal from the programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In no case shall there be any right to a refund of the amount of the extra services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The operating costs arising from the amount to be refunded shall be borne directly by the holder of the destination bank account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Visa managed by the academy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The academy undertakes to process the player&#8217;s visa as long as the first payment of 30% has been made.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a visa refusal, 100% of the amount of the days not taken will be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>This clause shall not apply in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The visa application is made outside the deadlines set by each embassy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The documents requested by the embassy are submitted late by the player&#8217;s family.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Fraudulent documentation is presented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The academy is not responsible for delays in obtaining a visa from the corresponding consulate or the Immigration Office in Valladolid.<\/p>\n<p>Visas will only be arranged for the dates of participation in the academy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visas arranged by third parties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The academy undertakes to send the letter of invitation as well as other documentation necessary for the processing of the player&#8217;s visa as long as the first payment of 30% has been made.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of a visa refusal in the countries that require it and upon presentation of the legal document that accredits it, 100% of the amount of the days not taken will be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>This clause shall not be applicable in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The visa application is made outside the deadlines set by each embassy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Fraudulent or delayed documentation is presented by the player&#8217;s family.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Misuse or fraudulent use of the material provided by Real Valladolid C.F. International Academy for this purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Insurance coverage&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1644921852045-17d79290-897c&#8221;][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Insured benefits, risks and covers&#8221; title_align=&#8221;separator_align_left&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This policy provides the insured with the medical and\/or surgical care needed for all kinds of illnesses or injuries included in the covers and with the limits agreed in the schedule. Under all circumstances AXA Seguros Generales will cover any emergency care needed as a result of an accident.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>No cash compensation may be given in lieu of the services provided by AXA Seguros Generales network of medical professionals or centres, except for reimbursement for fillings if dental cover has been taken out.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benefits, risks and covers insured by the medical provider network\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The insured may freely choose from the medical practitioners and hospitals in the provider network for the insurance option they have taken out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AXA Seguros Generales will arrange for the following risks, benefits and covers through its medical provider network based on the policy schedule and for the insured specified in it: <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=&#8221;1. General medicine.&#8221;][\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;2. Paediatrics and child care.&#8221;][\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;3. Nursing service, on prescription from a medical practitioner.&#8221;][\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;4. Home primary care and nurse emergency service.&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This will be provided only after assessment by AXA Seguros Generales&#8217; emergency service and only at the address specified in the schedule. Furthermore, AXA Seguros Generales must have home care network services available in the town where the insured lives and their illness must prevent them from going to the medical practitioner or nurse&#8217;s consulting room.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;5. 24-hour emergency centres.&#8221;][\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;6. The following medical and surgical specialities:&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Allergology and immunology, <\/span><b>except for vaccinations and extracts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Angiology and peripheral vascular surgery. Nerve blocks. These treatments are carried out on an outpatient basis at units specialised in these therapies.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;10. Physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation.&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By a qualified specialist (rehabilitation doctor) on written prescription by a medical practitioner in facilities accredited for that purpose, only for musculoskeletal system diseases which are secondary to these treatments and for urinary incontinence rehabilitation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phoniatric and\/or speech therapy services are included when required as a direct consequence of laryngeal surgery. Likewise and in case of organic pathologies of the vocal cords (traumatic, oncological or infectious) affecting speech, language or voice, a maximum of 10 sessions per year will be provided. In all cases the prescription of the ENT specialist will be required.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urinary incontinence rehabilitation consists of a series of exercises to strengthen the perineal muscles in mild to moderate urinary incontinence (grade I\/II) which is provided as a single package of up to 8 sessions throughout the term of the policy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Any transport to or from rehabilitation and\/or physiotherapy, any maintenance and occupational gymnastics and therapy, rehabilitation of chronic diseases maximum functional recovery from the injuries has been achieved and the condition has become stable and insuperable, and rehabilitation as a result of neurological disease are expressly excluded.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The musculoskeletal system means the interrelated muscles, ligaments, bones and joints which enable movement and protect other organs.\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;11. Outpatient combination chemotherapy in a day hospital.&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Includes intravenous, subcutaneous or intramuscular cytostatic drug treatments in authorised special units which do not require overnight stay in hospital. AXA Seguros Generales will authorise the cycles as necessary and the doctor responsible for the care of the patient will prescribe the chemotherapy treatment to be carried out. In these treatments AXA Seguros Generales will only pay for specifically cytostatic and adjuvant pharmaceuticals that are sold in the domestic market, duly authorised by the Ministry of Health and used according to the directions contained in the Summary of Product Characteristics.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cell and genomic therapies and immuno-oncology treatments are specifically excluded. <\/b>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;12. Ambulance service.&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of emergency and medically proven need for the patient to go to AXA Seguros Generales network clinics and hospitals. When travel is impossible in another type of vehicle and on prescription, AXA Seguros Generales will pay for the return trip from the clinic or hospital to the insured&#8217;s home. <\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;13. Anaesthesiology and post-anaesthesia care.&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Includes the use of patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) in our network for this technique, only for cases of open chest and\/or abdominal surgery (laparotomy), vertebral fixations and total knee or hip replacement in trauma surgery.\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;14. Where the patient&#8217;s condition so allows, they will have an individual room if possible in the facility.<\/span><b> Admission for eating disorders is only possible at the Institut de Trastorns Alimentaris (ITA &#8211; Food Disorders Institute). Expressly excluded is admission on grounds of social problems, any that can be replaced by outpatient care and rest and\/or sleep cures.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;18. Pregnancy and childbirth.&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pregnancy cover includes follow-up visits by the specialist in all types of pregnancies with the usual diagnostic and therapeutic tests included in the protocol of the Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (SEGO). Three high-resolution ultrasound scans are included, which must be performed at a prenatal diagnostic centre accredited for this purpose, consisting of ultrasound at week 12 (first trimester combined test), week 20 and third-trimester ultrasound. Non-invasive prenatal screening is also included for diagnosing trisomy 13-18-21 if the risk of foetal abnormality is greater than 1\/250, and early amniocentesis in cases that meet SEGO criteria or have positive non-invasive prenatal screening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Birth preparation from the 2nd trimester of pregnancy for physical and psychological preparation for the time of delivery and postpartum pelvic floor recovery exercises to prevent urinary incontinence are included (at most 8 sessions).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Water, home and other alternative birthing methods are expressly excluded.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Care during normal, abnormal or premature childbirth in the clinic or hospital, attended by a medical practitioner and midwife, includes admission to an AXA Seguros Generales network hospital with an individual room with a bed for a companion. AXA Seguros Generales will meet the cost of the stay, full board for the insured and their companion when the hospital has this service in the room, operating theatre or delivery room charges, anaesthetic products, material and medication during the entire stay and anaesthesiologist fees. During the 30 days following birth AXA Seguros Generales will also pay for the cost of an incubator for the newborn, neonatologist fees and paediatric charges. <\/span><b>From the 31st calendar day these expenses will only be covered if the newborn is added to the policy as specified in the section about insured persons in these terms and conditions.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the child is not included in the policy as insured within 30 days of birth, AXA Seguros Generales may claim back any medical and health expenses it has paid from the policyholder. Insured people over 14 are entitled to a medical check-up every two years and every year when they are aged over 40 with pre-authorisation from AXA Seguros Generales under its protocol and in a centre it has specified.<br \/>\n<\/span><b>Children under 14 are not entitled to this service.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Early diagnosis of breast cancer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> via annual mammography for Insured women over the age of 35. For insured women over 40 years of age with dense breasts and those at high risk or with a history of breast cancer, AXA Seguros Generales will authorise a 3D mammography (tomosynthesis).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Early diagnosis of gynaecological diseases<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aimed at: insured women older than 20 who have already had a pregnancy or who have other risk factors. The insured has the right to choose freely but exclusively from the stem cell banks recommended by AXA Seguros Generales for the preservation of umbilical cord blood (UCB) under advantageous financial conditions. The insurer will provide contact details to the insured who will sign the service contract with the UCB bank and directly pay the cost of the service in all cases. Administration during musculoskeletal surgery in a single application. Reimbursement of 80%, <\/span><b>up to at most 350<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> , of costs arising from the use of bone growth factors from autologous platelet-rich plasmas.
